2.   What can I do if there is a stain in the mat?

Lukewarm water with bio-tex is the lifesaver for your mat. Please do not use chemical cleaning agents. Your mat may discolour over time, because the function of a drying mat is to absorb dirt and moisture. 

An extra outdoor mat for the first coarse dirt can help keep your indoor mat looking nice for longer.

3. Special format. 

Our prints know no boundaries, but our mat format does. The size of your mat may be a maximum of 199cm by 10000cm. ​We provide free extra 1 cm all around. This gives you enough space to cut your mat to size. The 1 cm extra does not apply to the standard sizes.  We do offer floor coverings in larger formats, for more information send an email to info@studiolilaline.com

4. Are samples or samples available?

Absolutely! You can order samples from the website menu of your preferred print. The samples cost 6 euros each, excluding shipping costs. 

With a sample you will receive a 5% discount code. This allows you to offset the costs of a sample if you order a mat. 

Please remember to mention this code in your order email. 

5. What is the delivery time? 

The delivery time is approximately 4 weeks. You will receive a track & trace code, with which you can keep an eye on the ordering and shipping process.

6. Can I return my product? 

Oh no! Studio Lilaline products are produced when the order is received. It is not possible to return your products, because the product is made especially for you. If you have any doubts about your choice or size, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to think along with you.
